Douglas was very courteous knowledgeable and patient I didn’t quite understand the repairs and why they were necessary but he took the time to explain and even got a technician to further help me understand. Since my quote was so high, I asked if this was the best deal, multiple times and I was assured it was. When I called Lexus and got a more competitive quote, I called to cancel proposed service and was told that perhaps they could match/beat Lexus quote and at that point, I was displeased and said no. I have been taking my two lexus' to to Toyota for over 10 years as well as my fathers Tacoma truck and expect better communication and loyalty. Additionally, was charged $150 for diagnotstics. I may not be bringing my Lexus gx 470 for service att Toyota again.

Jack is one of the few associates at this dealership who is nice and helpful. I usually see Valerie when it comes time to service my car because she's the best. I was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent service today since my last visit with Carlos was not a good one. He was rude and not helpful at all. Jack was attentive and provided honest feedback regarding my vehicle. I'm glad to finally have more than one friendly face at this location.
