Jack is the only person who was able to help me fix the problem on my brakes. We have been complaining about a grinding metal sound ever since a few weeks after we purchased the vehicle back in 2017, and everyone else who I spoke to in the service department seems to be ignoring our complaints. They would always tell me nothing is wrong with my brakes. They would put a note about their recommendations but I don’t remember them discussing it with me. Staff seems like they’re always in a hurry that makes you wonder if they’re really listening or willing to help you.
Jack is very pleasant, professional, always smiling. He makes sure everything gets done right. Finally, after 3 years of complaining, my brakes are actually fixed! Frontier Toyota needs more people like Jack! If not because of Jack, I would rate my experience with service department 0 star out of 5!
