Valerie was very professional and friendly. I feel confident that the mechanics that work under her did a good job. However, if I were to discover something wrong with my car, I will notify you. But, Valerie herself made a good impression on me and I will use her again when I come to service my vehicles.

Carlos was perfectly welcoming. However, when I pulled in I waited in line and pulled up my car when the car ahead of me was pulled forward. Upon exiting my vehicle I was told bluntly that “I didn’t want you to pull up so the shuttles could get out.” Ok. Perhaps you might have said that rather than chastizing me first thing in the morning. Was I supposed to read your mind? A “good morning” might have been nice, especially because I’m here on my day off to take care of a Toyota recall issue. It was downhill at check in from there.
