My tire pressure were different amount, they put another’s vehicles wheel cap on to one of my tires and after that service my truck is running rougher than when I brought it in!

You have cut service writer staff or you have created a work situation where long term employees have left. This seems to be shift more load to remaining staff because we call, leave messages with no reply. Or we don’t get updates as requested. Our family has 4 Toyota’s that we service at your dealer and all of us are unhappy where before we we were. It feels like prices have increased. We just do not feel as confident. I spent over $1K for this last work and my father had to work to get feedback and then had to bring car back for residual problem. One reported problem,” idle speed too high” is actually worse after the return visit! Brilliant. That means the complaint was either not written down or ignored. Maybe Toyota corporate can help restore our faith. This is written by Steve Justus, father, for Scott who is out of the country.
