Dean had a non caring attitude. It appeared the most important thing to him was leaving work. In the initial conversation I expressed concerns about my brakes intermittently squeaking it started at 3k miles and I have brought it up at every oil change. Dean responded by saying when you bring your car in at 4 they are limited in what they can do. Understandable I just want to bring it up because it is a new car and the problem persists. After the oil was changed and tires rotated Dean said there was a nail in my tire. I asked him if they fixed it since they rotated the tires Dean told me they cannot fix it again because we made a 4pm appt. they don’t have time and most of the service employees went home. Everything seemed to be an issue about my appt being at 4pm. I responded to him saying well them maybe 4pm appts shouldn’t be available if it’s such a problem. Dean looked at me and said yeah and walked away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Thank goodness for the Service Manager he was made aware of the situation by the lady that was at the service desk. He apologized and had someone fix the tire. Toyota is known for safety that is why we purchased the car for our family. I was disheartened by someone working for Toyota to have such disregard for the safety of their customers.
