I did not receive an explanation of the work that was done. When I went to receive my car, as the hoarder pulled up to the service area I noticed that A piece of plastic fascia was hanging down from underneath my car. A service rep looked underneath my car and told me that The plastic flap for the oil filter was dangling. He said that it it was damaged and it has scratches on it but he talked it in and it would be OK. I was a really satisfied with that answer. This is not really what I expected when I pay $93 for an oil change????

Being quoted an hour and a half for service then waiting almost 3 hours for service to be completed. I was late for work. That’s my main complaint. Other than that, staff was friendly and the valet guys were trying to be helpful.

I am very dissatisified with the service on 11/20/2018. It took two and half to have my car serviced. And I couldn’t get an answer as to what time it might be done after one and half hours I was told
I was the third car! I had to cancel an appointment I had waited two weeks to get.

Nick did great. This was my first time at the dealership for service, and as I compare it to the Valencia Nissan dealer I have used for years. Nissan did not have good of a check in for service system. But one thing they did do that I liked was provide a basic car wash. I was a little surprised Frontier did not do that.

Your appointment check in system needs revamped. I shouldn't have to wait outside and leer at an employee to get service. Doctors and dentist office have figured this out. Even the DMV. You're a billion dollar company, revamp your appointment check in service.
