I made an appointment, and still waited for over an hour and a half. The dealership is not a park, and parents should not allow their children to run around amok. Screaming, running up and down the dealership, making other guest prolonged stay a nightmare.
The dealership must tell these parents that their children must remain by their side.
My entire experience was atrocious!!!

It was beyond the service writers ability to explain to me why the dealership does not set the service/maintenance app on my cars computer after service..
“ Well, that is for your information”
Humm—funny, I thought that was part of my service plan and because it was related to the service on my car, ultimately the responsibility of those who do the service! I get it if it’s not what you do, but he did not have appropriate response to my question.
I had another question about a light on the rear view mirror that keeps coming on in my car and again, the Service Writer gave me an answer that made it clear to me believe he had no idea what he was talking about..
I was considering extending my service plan with you but If your Service Writers don’t even take the time to understand the product, I’m reluctant to do so.
I was insulted by his lack of accountability to me, not to mention his lack of knowledge about Toyota cars in general.

There were three things that need to be repaired and I was never told. I am bringing car back tomorrow since it still has gas smell which mechanic said he couldn’t smell. I’m very disappointed in service from Saturday. I have been dealing with frontier for 6 years and always with Valerie. Really disappointed that I have to spend another day dealing with my car.
