Raul was absolutely fantastic! I was so happy with the information he provided but when I looked at my visor light and saw dark black marks around it, where they changed the light bulb.. that was upsetting. They should know to use gloves when dealing with interiors. There’s black marks on both sides of the light cover and it wasn’t there prior to taking it in. I would give 5 stars for Raul though!

I was promised my vehicle will be ready for pick up at the reception desk on sunday morning. I went to the reception desk on Sunday morning as I wa told and they had no keys or paperwork for my vehicle. I was told to come back the next day (Monday) since the service department was closed on Sunday. I refused and mentioned that I needed my vehicle to get to work the next day. The sales manager mentioned that he will get someon from service to comenopen the door to the office to look for my paperwork and keys. I waited for 3.5 hours before I got my keys to my car back. The reception desk insisted that I needed to pay the $50 oil change before I was given my keys. I asked her that I wasted 3.5 hours waiting on my sons b-day trying to get my vehicle and she is still going to charge me for their mistake. That is ridiculous I have bought 3 vehicles from frontier in the last 3 years . I will consider going to HAMER TOYOTA on my next servixe and purchase this dealership is ridiculous and does not have great customer service.

I had picked up my car and drove it home. There was a note to fix my tire if they could because there was a staple in it. Without fixing it they removed the staple and was letting air out. I got home and went to leave for the night and then had a flat tire. They should've never removed the staple if they couldn't fix it. I am very upset about the service and will now be going else where to get my car serviced.
