Appointment time was 7am. I was informed by service advisor that technician dont come in until 8am. Then why are you scheduling customers at 7am if we have to wait for an hour until someone comes in and fix my car. Waited almost 3 hours inside your dealership there was no update whatsoever on the progress of my vehicle. Exactly on the 3rd hour I received a text from Joe then I went to his office and asked of it is done. He said yes. The issue was some debris on the windows that caused the rubber moulding to loosen up. Such minor problem took my 3 hours of my day waiting for it. I would have appreciated if the service advisor gave me an update on the car rather than waiting on I dont know when its going to be done

I went for my maintance , I told the person helping me that one of my light was off. I live in West Hollywood and I spent 3 hours at Valencia. When it was dark. I realized that my light was still not working this means that the person helping me did not say anything about the problem. This was under my warranty. I am very unsatisfied with this service.
