Lily has been my main service rep since I purchased my car. She always goes the distance to make sure the work is done correctly and is helpful to have this all happen within my budget. Lily is a great asset to Frontier Toyota.

brought my car in to fix two recalls and Dean asked for my keys which I
gave to him. Then I heard my car alarm going off and when he can back he
asked if I had any problems opening my drivers door. I let him know that I've
never had any problems and he said 'hmm the handle looks like it's
cracking'. I let him know again I never had any problems with the handle or
opening my door. I then left, Toyota repaired my car, and when I came back
to pick up my car Dean told me "your door handle is kind of broken". When they pulled the car around I was shocked that my drivers side door had no
handle, it was completely broken off. I asked him what happened and he
was very dismissive and didn't have a clear response and tried to show me
how to open the door. Im upset that it was broken, Im a college student with
little money and fixing the handle is coming out of my pocket. I told this to
Dean and he said it's not his problem, didn't seem to care, had no compassion, and walked away. Im pretty disappointed in the service I
received from Toyota. I only brought in my car to fix the recalls due to safety
and left with a broken door handle that is going to take $100 to fix. Im petite
and I can't open my door the way it is broken right now, so I currently can't
drive it.
