Worst experience at a service station in a long time. Didn’t verify my appointment and treated me as a walk in. Estimated 3 hours for a simple oil change and approaching 4 hours I check on my vehicle to find out they haven’t started. Wasnt completely Mr. Velascos fault but he reassured me someone from management would call me to rectify the situation and so far not one word. Horrible customer service. I’m ready to take my business pretty much anywhere else.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at frontier Toyota of Valencia I have been taking my suv for 7 years to get serviced here and today was a simple nightmare . I dropped off my suv at 11:30 ish it was not ready until 6 hours later. What upset me the most was that my service advisor Douglas told me it would me ready at 3 so after a couple of hours of shopping and having lunch I was dropped off at the dealer at 3 pm only to wait there 3 more hours . I am so upset and disappointed with the service today I am doubtful of taking back my sic for service .
