Joe **** was great as usual but your courtesy driver was not so Courteous. I was not even a mile away from the dealership and his body language and tone after the cleck as him to drop me off was horrible. I am a very loyal customer and I wanted to bring this to your attention. Joe **** also apologized because he noticed also. Once again 5stars to Joe and your dealership and 0 to your shuttle driver.

Courtesy shuttle took over 1.5 hours to get picked up. Part of the delay was the representative that did not read or listen to my text or voice message. I had to call the dealership desk clerk to get picked up. Shouldn't be this complicated to communicate and coordinate.
