Gus Alatorre was great!! He was actually the only one who put my worries to rest. Dealing with initial scheduling and your recall department was very challenging. Nobody likes to hear there is a major recall on a brand new expensive car. Gus was the ONLY ONE who told me in-person that my extended warranty would cover anything that may arise in the future, explained nothing would be changed if they didn’t find anything wrong with my fuel pipe, offered a rental car if they needed to keep my car for a long time. Everyone else told me to “contact Toyota corporate”. Very frustrating when the message is not clearly conveyed. Good job, Gus.
