I was originally told my service would take 1.5 hours and I was waiting for over 3 hours. I asked a few people working what was taking so long and could not get a clear answer. It was very frustrating and I felt that my time was wasted. I was also told I would have been able to receive a rental car for the day due to the fact I would have been leaving my car for more than 6 hours. When I arrived I was told only if they keep a car more than 24 hours you get a rental car. I’m very unhappy with the outcome of my experience and was in no way compensated for the inconvenience.
