Only reason is it took four hours for me to get my truck back from an oil change. It’s the second time this has happened with the service department.

All the service representatives were FANTASTIC!! Julie was Awesome,. The issue was I had an original appointment for Tuesday the 25th, but quickly remembered I needed to move the appointment to Wednesday the 26th, I was told it would be for the same time on Wednesday 0730 hrs . However when I arrived I was not listed on the master list. I was helped by Alex Sanez? He got me in right away. However, it took almost 3 hours for the 30,000 mile service completed.
