My experience was one of the most unsatisfactory service experience I have ever had. Dean does not represent your dealership well at all. Despite purchasing a second Toyota from your dealership on the same day as I scheduled the service on my truck, I will be hard pressed to ever return to Frontier Toyota for anything based on the poor service I received. I am thoroughly dissatisfied.
