When I need service on any of my Toyota I call Valerie Valerie has been helping me and my family for the past 7 years. She's an outstanding asset to your dealership. I also consider her a friend!

I arrived at 7:45 for my 8:00 oil change appointment. I was told the service would be done by 9:30, so I decided to stay and wait in the waiting area as it wasn’t enough time to take the shuttle home. No big deal. At 9:50 I had asked an update on the service and was told it would take another 40 mins. Car wasn’t actually ready until 11:00. A little frustrating because I could have shuttled home for that amount of time. I understand it’s busy but don’t give times that aren’t achievable. Especially for an oil change. I got home and had to run an errand about an hour later and noticed a puddle of oil on my driveway where there have never been any stains before. I was afraid of a loose drain pan bolt so I called service dept and they said to bring it right back. Talked with Alex again when i got there and he said it should only be 10 mins. About 40 mins later i get the car back and am told it was the remaining residue that was puddled up on the splash shield. That’s the oil that stained my driveway. So in other words, the oil change wasn’t completed properly. You would think that with a two and a half hour oil change they would do a thorough and professional job. I basically spent half my Saturday (8:00-3:00) dealing with unprofessional service. And now I have a nice stain on my driveway to remember it. Nobody seemed to care at all. How can I trust to bring my car back here?

A++ Service

It took 5 hours for a 80,000 miles service. Though I recognize it was a very busy day, I imagine there could be a better way of servicing vehicles in a timing fashion.
