Great service and follow up, especially since I called for service this morning and it was completed by 3pm. Not only was service great even the cashier was very pleasant and courteous.

Dropping the car off and the servicing of it went well- no complaints there!
However, when I checked out, the woman at the cashier desk told me they had called for my car, but somewhere the ball was dropped. I waited 15 minutes and watched those behind me in line get their car, still nothing. I finally asked one of the service reps about it and he went to find my car and bring it to me.
The servicing of the car took 1 hour. Waiting to check out and then get my car took 30 minutes.

On the service of my car. He even explain the parts that needs to be serviced next time and why and what’s causing it. I left understanding it , the urgent and non urgent , like the wiper being dry , not good to change in summer time as it will be more dried , why to change on rainy season . For common person like me I felt that he cares.
