I had an appointment for an oil change on 12/15/20 with Tony Esposito as my service advisor. He was kind upon arrival. It seemed like they were on a busy schedule but Tony was very calm and helpful. Although he mentioned he was kinda new, he made sure to provide great service! Suggesting the winter package deal which was a great choice. I had left my vehicle overnight due to having electrical issues but Tony made sure to give me a call to get an update. When I picked it up the problem was resolved. Overall really pleased with customer service.

Customer service was a joke. My service adviser was terrible. Kofi ****makes promises to close a deal. I was promised a full tank of gas after I had to bring my truck to get serviced.
