Annette Book was a superstar. She was in contact on a regular basis. I have no issues with Tom Bell Chevrolet… but I am very disappointed in how long it took the higher ups. At GM to send the software information to the techs at Tom bell that was necessary to get my brand new truck mobile again. My truck should not have even been at a dealership getting a brand new transmission when it is only 3 years old and less than 36000 miles.
