First of all Brian ****has nothing to do with how a mechanic or electrician does their job. I’m not confident at all that after 4 days in the shop those harbor freight mechanics diagnosed my truck correctly. When does transmission fluid light off a engine control module? RPM’s at 70 mph were 5000+ does that sound like transmission fluid? Changing fluid is a bandaid repair to put down on paper. The real problem has not been diagnosed probably. I’m not confident at all with Tom Bell and his maintenance manager or maintenance crew. I’m just waiting now for this transmission to blow out. Thanks Josh!

I know I was being wallet flushed by the services I was being coaxed into getting. I know the service department is a big business but there is a very large lack of trust when going into the dealership vs a local shop. The actual service I suppose is good, we will see how everything works going forward!
