I have a busy schedule And do not have time tio come back for something that should have been Reassembled correctly when the service was done. , also there was a questionable scratch on the grill and bumper that I don’t bet was there when I dropped the truck off. Also I had to rent a loaner??!? Such complicated the service process more than expected. This doesn’t reflect directly on the service writer but the policy and procedures of the whole depth.
