Dropped truck off at 8 with an apt for a fall package and was told a couple hours later when my oil change was done that my battery they installed last year was going bad and to replace but pay for install charges. I said ok then called every 2 hours up to 3 pm about an update on my truck being ready and didn’t leave till 4 pm. I was told they were doing me a favor replacing my battery and another job was keeping g them from doing my battery. Had a friend drop me off at 330 and saw them just finish the battery. Finally got out of there and home and realized they forgot to put on my custom wheel cap from Worx and called them. They questioned me like it was my fault it was missing and said they don’t have it but my wheel had 1 screw on it partially screed in but the other missing. I have to go back now for other work they couldn’t do after having it 7 hours and get my cap replaced some how. I don’t feel like a valued customer at all and won’t go back after. I will be calling the manager asap

Appreciated the free car wash but windshield was not really well cleaned. Leaf was still stuck under wiper. From time when i was told car was ready except still being washed until i received was well over 30 minutes.

Well first, the process took way too long to buy the car. Also now that I look at the paperwork not everything was explained to me. After the long wait, the car was sold to me and I am now learning that it was overpriced, they knew it was an unethical sale so they made me sign a form that they explained was for a $500 fee to return the car but I am wondering now if it was actually so that I wouldn’t be able to return the car at all, that’s not good news for either of us

Working with Annette was a pleasure. She was accessible and always returned my calls and texts quickly. Annette makes you feel at ease even while receiving a negative report about your car. She new exactly what was wrong with the car and was able to get answers to my questions quickly. I appreciated the fact that she took personal responsibility for my car, and made sure the parts arrived on time and that the car was ready to be delivered when promised. However, what impressed me the most was the fact she remained with me until my car was brought to me. I have had my car serviced at Tom Bell for nearly 10 years. During that time I have been made to wait prolonged periods of time (nearly an hour) to have the paperwork completed and turned in and to get my keys. I have never had my car delivered without at least 2 requests for my keys by my service rep. and myself. Today was the first time my paperwork was completed on time and my car was delivered within 5 mins. During this visit I watched over 3 different days of interaction between Annette and her other customers. She was always polite and attentive. She stood outside and waited with each of her customers to insure her customers received their vehicles and that they were satisfied. Annette is a true gift to Tom Bell. She sees your customers as her customers. As a customer Annette makes you feel valued and appreciated. There are many dealerships I can have my Saturn serviced at, but Annette will keep me coming back! Thank you Annette.

Jan was GREAT! The problem I had was when I came to pick up my vehicle , employees didn’t acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. When they did, they directed me to the cashier. Then it took quite a while for me to get my car. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, someone asked if I have been helped yet & checked further to get my car.
