We had a 10:30 appointment, just a basic oil change and tire rotation, the first one since purchasing brand new. At 1:30 we were called that it was complete, but upon return we didn’t even get the complimentary car wash. The service man was nice, but it seems that 3 hours was plenty of time to complete everything we should have gotten.
