Just waited way to long for services not done. Awesome they found out what was wrong with vehicle. Arrived at dealership after declining services 130pm left at 330pm. Part needed to be ordered anyway so service was not going to be completed that day anyway. Wasted a lot of time. Did not receive text that car was ready until 333pm. In short lack of communication made for a very long day.

Personally, I feel a tad bit mishandled. When I called in to make my appointment I informed the representative that I would need a loaner or rental car. She told me that wouldn’t be an issue. What I don’t understand is if it was known from the beginning that my car was going to be there two days, Why wasn’t the next step to make a reservation for a vehicle. Not only that, when it was brought to your attention that you 1st go to had no cars available why wasn’t there any initiative to go the extra mile and call other locations? NO CUSTOMER should have to walk off a lot without a vehicle when they arrived in one unless it’s their decision. Warranty coverage or no warranty coverage the way I was treated was unacceptable, and I sat at home feeling as if my race had a part to play in it, and I NEVER FEEL THAT WAY!!! In order to make sure I had a car to pick up my daughter in, not only did I pay almost $200 for 1 day, but I did all the legwork. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back.
