What I appreciate is the friendly customer service Skylarr provided from start to finish. I am grateful that Tom Bell Chevrolet has operation hours on Saturday's . . . this was the opportunity I needed in order to address urgent concerns with my cars brakes. I have never utilized any other dealership outside of Mark Christopher Buick / Cadillac dealership since my car was initially purchased from them almost 5 years ago. My initial concerns for having to do so were all for not (unfounded). Hopeful is the best adjective to describe what will soon become my sentiments for a "job well done". Merely driving my car out of the sevice parking lot is not a fair assessment to address the quality of work performed . Given time, I think my response would reflect ultimate satisfaction. Thank you to each and every team member that made this entire outcome possible.

I discussed this with Brian. You had my truck for 11 days. Brought it in Friday morning at 7:30 for normal oil change/maintenance and to see why the defroster on the drivers side wasn’t working properly and to have a new key and remote issued. Brian told me it would be a couple of days. I called and left a message for Brian Monday around 2:30 asking what was going on with the truck. A little after 4:00 Brian called me back and told me that he just got off the phone with extended warranty people and they were denying the claim. That means my truck sat there Friday through Monday afternoon with no one beginning the work on dismantling the dash and Brian not looking into coverage until late Monday afternoon. I gave Brian the go-ahead for the repair after I talked to extended warranty people that afternoon. The following Monday I called Brian and told him I needed my truck back. He told me the work on the defroster was completed but there was a delay in the key and remote and wanted the truck for another day or two. I told him I’d come back when it came in because I needed my vehicle. I came in Monday morning and picked it up. After no correspondence during the week I called on Friday afternoon inquiring about the matter and Brian was off duty. I asked the woman answering telephones if I could please speak to the service manager. I sat on hold for a couple of minutes and she told me she was connecting me with him. I got his voicemail and left a message to please call me and never heard from anyone until Brian called me the following Monday telling me the key and remote were in. The earliest I could get in was Thursday morning at ten. I brought the truck in at 10:00 and left it to be programmed. Brian called me around 2:00 and told me my truck was ready to be picked up, ending the saga.
