The light for possible service came on few days ago. I called and made appt asking for Dan, who had helped me a few months ago. I was able to get in the next day, Wed.
Dan was especially helpful to put my concern at peace: he connected service dept. told them the printout he did on 2018 Chevy Cruse, was informed maintenance could wait for following week, was not en emergency.
I am to get a call on Tuesday, for a Wednesday appt.
That's true efficiency. Was at dealership less then 1/2 hour. Will deal with what is needed to keep my Cruse cruising!!!

First time in my life, to have this kind of a very satisfactory experienced from a car service dealer. MrJosh Petty, the Service Manager won’t let you go unless he will give the customers an excellent service. And so Brian Benson, the service advisor, he handles the problem in such a way that the customer is fully satisfied. They are very professional and blessed to be under their care.
