Tony was very professional and he was the only positive aspect of this service. The appointment was made a week in advance. When I arrived, no notes about the services needed were in the system. The car was at the dealership 4 days and I couldn't speak to anyone in service on the phone to get updates. The texting system is extremely slow. While picking up the vehicle, I cashed out at 8:50 am. I did get my car until 9:30. 2 customes ahead of me and 3 customes behind me received their keys and vehicles while I waited at the service driveway. After getting the vehicle back, I noticed that someone who worked on the car, sat or stepped on my new Oakley sunglasses and broke both arms. As stated above, Tony was the only positive part about this last service at your dealership.

There was too much **** going on. One minute you're going to repair the lift gate, next thing ur saying someone hit my car, when there are absolutely no other damage to the car other than the scratches. Makes absolutely no sense. Held my car for 9 **** days and literally did nothing but rotate tires. Are u kidding me? Waste of time, advisors are always running around like chickens without a head. The noise issue in my car still has not been addressed. This is becoming corporate complaint and lemon law territory.
