All issues were addressed and so far, appear to be corrected. The only down side was the predicted 4 hour wait turned out to be almost 8 hours. I understand this was not Annettes fault and she did her best to keep things moving. It does, however, cause difficulties in a customers scheduling.

I received services at Tom Bell, and my experience was awesome. Everyone exhibited excellent customer service. I was able to say hello to Chris, who is the young man who sold me my vehicle, and of course he was as kind and professional as the first time I met him. Antonio was my service representative and he was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and very helpful at answering my questions. I sat outside while I waited, and one female employee was nice enough to offer me cold water and crushed ice. I love perfectly crushed ice, so that really put the icing on the cake for me. I must say, I live in Riverside county and have received service from Moss Chevy and Gosch chevy many times in the past. Neither of those dealerships have been as kind and caring as Tom Bell, so driving way out to Tom Bell has been well worth it.
