My whole experience at Tom Bell Chevrolet has been exceptional. From the time I test drove my truck to the time I took it back for cilajet and glass breakage protection. Esau and Dan have been extremely personable, and are very good at customer experience and satisfaction. I went in there to get a key and clicker programmed and walked out with a 600 dollar bill. My Tahoe was running perfect what a coincidence the ground cable went bad the minute I left your shop.

You made me very uncomfortable. Honestly, I don't think I will ever return to your service department. Didn't help notice other customers complaining about things going out on a GM product with low miles! This is sick! A Chevrolet Traverse should not need a four wheel alignment for at least 20 to 24,000! Consumer affairs says exactly that!
I have been purchasing Chevrolet vehicles since 1985, Never any issues until now! I thought GM was supposed to attract customers, not chase them away! You certainly chased me away! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER CHEVROLET AGAIN!
