Service rep was disorganized, confused by the computer, asked for my info many times even thought I provided it when scheduling the appointment and he still got my name wrong, attempted to add services even though I told him specifically what I wanted, tried to overcharge me, and most importantly I am VERY particular about my truck which was very expensive, they parked it so close to a pos car that I couldn’t even open my door to get in it, I am completely disgusted by the entire process, I will drive twice as far to go anywhere else

Not happy that a brand new GM transmission was replaced in 2017 at 62000 miles and now at 108000 miles the transmission had to be replaced? Only explanation was it needed replacement. No reason or explanation on why or what caused this? My assumption is GM transmissions are lemons or the dealerships service department and mechanics didn’t try to solve the problem. I’m done with Tom Bell Chevrolet and Their service Dept!
