I called in to inquire about getting work done on my 2017 Traverse (also, what's trade in value on a 2020? Lol). I asked a few questions to the pleasant and polite reception for the dealership and service departments who ended up transferring me to Annette. I asked about power steering, brakes, and a set of 4 tires. She gave me as much information as she could and took my number down to give me a call back on a worst case scenario pricing. I didn't expect a call back, but she gave me all the information I needed - plus some information regarding financing and a program called Sunbit. I booked a 7:30am time slot and Annette greeted me before that time. I had to be to work by 8am and she was extremely accommodating and quick. We did a quick qualification with Sunbit and handed everything off to my wife. We worked everything down to what we talked about minus the tires. She was communicative through the process and your text service is a nice addition. Pickup was seemless and, my god, power steering is awesome. Thank you guys for the great work and awesome team! I'll be back for my tires as soon as I can!

Skyler George did a fantastic job with informing me on what my car needed. He recommended a couple things that should be serviced and I took his advice. He also called me to inform me on a damaged part which needed to be replaced which was found during the multi-point inspection, I was glad that I was getting updates on my vehicle. The service advisor was a friendly and nice person, he definitely was very knowledgeable in his job.

Was fully prepared to having to spend money today to fix my brakes. Your team ran through everything and gave my car a clean bill. I’m extremely happy. The honesty and integrity I’ve received from not only the service team but my sales girl still to this day text me about once a month making sure I’m still satisfied with my traverse. Driving up to the service area was a complete cluster. All the valets were standing around and talking with each other and not assisting. Sat in my car a good 15 mins before somebody came to my car. Then got told I was too early for my apt - I arrived 15 mins before my appointment, then the valet walked away and didn’t know if he was coming back. Finally was being helped and had to walk to multiple locations while caring my new born in her car seat because they didn’t know what service my car was receiving. I had already told one valet my appointment was with Skyler and it was my first free service for my vehicle. At this point I assume Skyler came to assist, he never introduced himself and was less than professional, I had to ask who he was, and then had to walk across the service center again, to his work station and still didn’t know why I was there, even though he was who I was told to speak to. A little more professionalism from the valets, and service members would go a long way.

Had a 930 oil change appointment. Watched them park my truck out in the front of the dealership because they said they had too many vehicles in back for service. Told Howard I had to leave no later than 11:20 to be on time for work. I walk across the street to eat breakfast and kill time. Come back and my truck was still out front. 10:30 comes around and I ask why my truck is still out front and they don’t take it back until 10:50. Wait until 1130 to ask where my truck is because I’m now already late. He goes out and has them finish my truck so I can leave. Now I can’t even trust the quality of work because I’m not confident they even finished the job correctly. Why schedule me an appointment at a time that you can’t uphold!? Wasted my time, I woke up early for nothing and was late for work because apparently your oil changes take two hours. I’m never coming back to this dealership ever again!!

Brian was very professional. He made sure I wasn’t paying for maintenance that I didn’t need. I had a bad experience with another service guy at this place and got my car serviced there. I just so happen to be in Redlands and thought I would stop by. I’m so glad I did and I’m so happy Brian got my paperwork ( because I didn’t have an appointment) I will be going to Redlands and only asking for Brian. He is a great guy.
