Lack of communication and inaccurate data for my car. Seems like the service department is only out to make a profit. They mentioned a transmission service; however, I did that last year at this site and they keep acting like I didn’t. So either they ripped me off and made me pay for a service I didn’t receive or are so incompetent to where they don’t update and review their customer service notes.

I took the truck in for a recall. When I brought it in it already had a crack in the dash on the passenger side, but when I received it I noticed a new Crack on the driver's side. I don't expect compensation or repair for the dash because it was already cracked but try to be careful with others vehicles.

When I pulled up to get my service, I had to sit in my car for 10 minutes with the staff walking pass me without saying a word to me. Then finally I asked Carlos and he pointed out where I could be seated. Then I had to wait more time for Daniel because he was **** with another customer, so Howard took over and a helped me with my service. Once Daniel became available then he stepped in and got my car washed after my service was complete.
Only thing is I wish I didn’t had to sit and wait so long to be helped.
