my appointment was at 7am, to get the alarm installed on my car,,,, it was 8:20 am,,,, and the person name Tony did not showed up,,,, and this is unacceptable, I was there at 6:50 am????????????

I'm always satisfied with the help I get at Tom Bell with Daniel he's great at his job and he goes above and beyond to help me every time I come in there to get service done to my vehicle he always makes sure he gets me scheduled and problem taken care of...he is awesome at his job...I bought my car at rotolo...was not happy with thier service dept at all...went to Tom Bell and Daniel helped me...I was so happy with the service he and the service team delivered that I will not ever go anywhere else they are always professional and treat me as I am important...not jus a yellow number hat ontop of a car..and always get my car in and fixed in a timely manner and I feel as if I can trust them...being a single mom THAT IS QHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I trust Daniel and feel I can entrust him and his team with my car...where as dealerships I have dealt with in past I have felt as if I was being taken advantage of cause I was a single mom..I don't feel that way with Daniel and his team..I trust them 100%...all I can say is Tom Bell IS OFF THE HOOK A GREAT DEALERSHIP. AND DANIEL AND HIS TEAM ARE FANTASTIC....I feel safe in my car after I take it to them and know I am getting my car fixed properly...THANK YOU Daniel...YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!

Car was in service all day. Tech gave my wife the run around. I know many people in the Chevrolet field and this was not a good look for technicians at Tom Bell.
