I was supposed to go in to change the alarm but nothing was done because the guy didn’t show up but when I went to pick it up a plug from the motor was cracked open and also the hood doesn’t close right the manager showed me a different truck to see how it closed and it doesn’t closet the same so I’m not satisfied with that

Better communication would be appreciated. He didn’t a respond to text messages, was not consistent with updates when he said he would update, and I would have to call him to see what was happening with my vehicle. Other than that Daniel was very professional, respectful and had a very positive attitude. I would go back for future services.
