I dropped my vehicle off the night before my 7am appointment, and responded to service texts I started receiving the following morning. After being told by rik that my truck wouldn't be worked on until 5 hrs after my scheduled appointment, I called at 930am and spoke to the assistant service manager, Jon? Jon then checked on my vehicle and found that service on my vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. Why couldn't rik use what Jon used to get an ACCURATE status update on my vehicle?! This frustrating experience could have been avoided!
