Ralph Hardin is one of the best service reps I have ever met. He is prompt, courteous, sharp, attentive, and overall a nice guy. I wish more service reps could follow his example.

Took my 2017 Tahoe in because the check engine light was one. After they “fixed” the problem by replacing some of the fuel injector cylinders the check engine light was still on. I had to take it back in the next day to get more fuel injector cylinders replaced. Why weren’t they all checked when I was there the first time. Also, today I found out there is a safety recall out on the braking cycle for my Tahoe. Why was I not told this when I had my car in getting repaired???
