I was continually in the loop of what was going on. My service rep came through with his promise of a loaner vehicle. I work on commission alone and he was extremely sensitive to my concern over not being able to work if I didn't have a vehicle. So far I've been there twice now and customer service is outstanding! So much so I am actually looking at upgrading at this dealership.
