I came for a Chevrolet recall service, a state emissions test, and a test of whether the rear defogger of my Suburban was properly functioning. I was also casually shopping for a new set of tires. The recall service was done; however, the state emissions test could not be performed because the recall service necessitated the vehicle’s computer to be set and, therefore, the vehicle needed to be driven 45 - 50 miles before the state emissions test could be performed. That, coupled with the fact that the necessary tool to check the rest defogger was apparently unavailable the day of service, caused Nate to tell me that I would need to bring the vehicle back again to complete the two remaining items. To avoid the inconvenience of another drive from my home in Centerville, I chose to have the services performed at Burt Brothers near my home. I also decided to buy a new set of four tires for the vehicle at the same time there due to good service and pricing. Steve Bateman
