For the past four years, from purchasing my new car to all subsequent services, I have had very good experiences. Yesterday was not a good one. Calling ahead of my scheduled service appointment time I wanted to be reassured that the waiting room would be clean and masks required. It was crowded and one couple sat there without masks talking to a lady who wore hers around her neck. Everyone else was wearing masks. I decided to sit in the showroom and told your people to do something about this. They did but the couple just pulled their masks down under their chin after he left. Even your employee came up to me without his mask to inform me they are running late. Other employees (at least four that I saw) walked around with masks half on and ignored the couple without masks. I was there for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change! Not acceptable. Not happy.
