I have a low level of confidence with your service department. I try to use Larry Miller Ford or Toyota when I can. I always feel like I can’t trust you guys. I scheduled the appointment and the part was not in stock. It is difficult because I have loved my truck and would plan on buying a Chevy truck in the future but will probably buy a Toyota or dodge truck because of my experience with your service department. I also am surprised when the reps say take your vehicle somewhere else. That’s another reason I try not to come to your service department unless I am in a bind. Feel free to call me and I will discuss my problems.
