I was disappointed that it took as long as it did to figure out what was wrong with the car. I brought it in on a Monday and didn’t find out what was even wrong until that Friday. The team said they needed to contact Chevrolet for insight on what was wrong because my car was a real puzzle and no one would figure out what was wrong with it. I was left thinking “The service center for the dealership doesn’t even know how to diagnose problems with their own cars.” I felt like I was left in limbo for some time as to the status of my car. I was told on Friday it would be put back together the next week and be ready for me to pick up. I didn’t hear anything the next Monday or Tuesday, and was going to call on Wednesday to follow up but Tom gave me a call that morning. It didn’t seem he was aware of the fact that the car was supposed to be ready to go this week. He called me back a few minutes later and told me the car *was* ready to pick up right then. I was glad the car was ready to pick up, but it left me wondering if the car had been sitting ready since Monday and nobody called to let me know. I felt like there must have been communication problems at the service center for Tom to not be aware that I had made a decision and I was going to pick up the car that week, and also not know that the car was already ready. My final point isn’t specific to the service center but more with Chevrolet in general. I was extremely frustrated that after only 60000 miles in 6 years of light driving, the engine essentially gave out. For one and a half of those years, I wasn’t even commuting because I was walking to work. The car was lightly used. The car was designed in such a way that it cost $360 just to change the spark plugs (which didn’t even fix the problem). I left the dealership with a nearly $500 charge for a spark plug change and a headlight replacement that did me no good, a car that operated no better than before, and an engine that had failed after 60000 miles of light driving and that would cost nearly as much to replace as the car was worth. I will never get a Chevy again and am strongly encouraging my family and friends to avoid Chevy as well.

Rik has been very helpful and responsive to an ongoing issue I have had with my Camaros back up camera, and it was relatively painless thanks to him.

The car was was not well done. There was still mud in my wheel wells and all over my running boards. Though my service was free because I recently bought the vehicle if it wasnt I definitely would not purchase the car was because it was a terrible job. The oil change and tire rotation was fine.
