I had an oil change done, however the reading on the oil life inside my truck shows 30% so I’m not sure the oil was changed. Usually, they will vacuum and wash my truck. I had a wreath on the front so that’s why they didn’t wash it but I don’t know why there was no vacuum. Maybe I have just been spoiled in the past

While Ralph was nice and did what he said within his power to do, I am unhappy with the result. Less than 2 months ago we purchased our vehicle from this dealership. We’ve only made one payment since purchase. ONE.
The tail light has gone out and it is very expensive to replace. An outrageous price. The right thing to do, would be to replace it at no cost or at most only labor fees. While Ralph tried to help, it just wasn’t enough. I hope that the managers of this location or those that can make this situation right, take a look at this and think about what their own expectations would be. How they would feel, having just spent thousands of dollars on an SUV, only to find out, the amount they pay monthly is what it costs to replace a single tail light. I think anyone would feel as grieved as I do. It’s simply good customer care/business to fix this. I hope to hear from a manager soon.
