I brought my vehicle back to you 3 times within 4 weeks because as soon as we would take the vehicle home another issue would show up that either your technicians missed or caused. Each time I had to pay a new diagnostic fee. Finally I got fed up with you and decided to take my business elsewhere. Your prices are far to high for mediocre (at best) service. I will more then likely not be back and will not recommend you to my friends or family

When scheduling my appointment I was told it would take an hour. When I arrived I was told it would take an hour and ten minutes. After an hour and a half I looked into the shop area and saw them begin work on my oil change. It took two hours. I missed an appointment because of this.

After two years of complaining about my vehicles issue with overheating, we lost our water pump over the weekend. when the problem arose our vehicle was covered on a comprehensive warranty, your technicians couldn’t seem to diagnose or find a problem with my cooling system. Now that the warranty has expired your technicians were able to diagnose a problem with my cooling system..... go figure! It cost over $850 dollars to replace a water pump and clean up a throttle body that was also giving the vehicle grief. All of these things seem to get look past or ignored when we have the vehicle in for regular services and multi point inspections. Honestly I think anyone should be outraged at this kind of service especially when it could have been prevented. Chevrolet vehicles are expensive enough up front I believe we paid nearly $40,000 and to eat costly mistakes like this really ticks me off. Most likely I will not buy another vehicle from the Larry H Miller group. They were very misleading in the sale of a certified pre owned vehicle with under 10,000 miles you guys 100% let a costumer down by not standing behind the vehicle I was sold. 0 stars, two thumbs down absolutely pathetic and dishonest.
