I had asked to have the air bag trouble light checked when I called to schedule service. I wish I had been told that no electrical service tech would be able to look at it during my visit. I realize these are difficult times but scheduling service that takes 2 hours is something I'm not used to at LHM. When I got into my truck the hood light was on. I tried to push down to latch it but it wouldn't latch. I found the coolant cap laying on top of the shroud. I replaced the call and closed the hood. I appreciate the plastic and paper used to protect the interior of my truck but I have never had to discard it before getting in the truck.
This is the first time I have been disappointed since buying my truck here in 5 1/2 years.

I dropped my Chevy Tahoe off Saturday and it was picked up the next Monday, there were several points that made the service awful.
1. I wanted an oil change and there was a couple other things that I wanted done but realizing that the speaker issues weren’t that bad, I decided not to do them. Yet the service guy (Nathan Westenskow) decided to try and fix those things anyway. He really just ended up wasting time.
2. Nathan “found” a bunch of things that were supposedly damaged that needed fixing or my car. I understand with Covid-19 things and hours are slower but Nathan was so certain he could not get it done in the same day. I get things take time to fix but try to finish especially since I had mentioned I live out of town and was heading back the same weekend.
3. I had asked for pictures of the busted things but I still have not received them.
I love working with you guys but the service was just not where it needed to be. I felt like I was not listened to and the employees I worked with were rude.

Had an 11:30 am appt for oil change. Two hours later asked someone to check on status, only to find that it was still sitting because no one put it into the que for the work to get done. Finally had my car at 3:00 pm (that's 3 1/2 hours!) it was a very long wait. The staff was nice enough, friendly and all, but someone dropped the ball. I felt like some accommodation should have been made....like, sorry we kept you here for nearly four hours...this one's on us! Not like my usual outstanding service in previous experiences, and I know anyone can drop the ball now and then, but....this one didn't make me happy.
