Tom Scharlow was very thorough and professional taking care of my needs. He informed me of a 90 dollar coupon in effect & credited me at completion of service. Further more, he clarified I needed to drive the car 5 miles a day for 5 days to ensure the emissions light (recalled item previously fixed) didn’t come on again. This was required to pass the emissions test for my inspection & registration for my state decal. His displayed patience unveiled through detailed explanation helped me retained dignity without feeling inadequate. That takes talent and superb customer service.
