The guy that finally helped me after 15 minutes of no one even talking to me was very professional! Unfortunately about three other employees their walked by me, after they opened the garage for me, without even bothering to greet me or merely let me know that someone would be with me shortly. I left my car in the garage and went in the waiting room, after about 15 min a tech carelessly told me that my car would just sit there unless I spoke to someone in the little offices inside the bay. This is my second service here and both times it’s been the same. The garage doors open and then I’m just left to roam and figure out for myself where to go or who to talk to. Mostly all of your reps just look at me, all of them apparently to “busy” to even bother to say something like “we’ll be with you shortly”. My buying experience was good but I gotta say your guys’ customer service is shoddy. Very disappointed!

Previously when I first brought my car in a few months ago, it was in regards to a faulty O2 sensor that I had. During that time, I had been told the car was fixed and as soon as I started the engine a check engine light came on and the issue was still there. I immediately informed Matt and he was able to get it fixed fully a day or so later. At the time, I hadn’t taken this as a red flag as I should have for future visits. Now looking back I wish I taken that experience as an indicator to get my car looked at most recently by a different mechanic. This time around middle of March I came in due to having my transmission aux accumulator damaged and leaking from the seal. It was fixed promptly before the effects of Covid19 had come into the equation, so I was eternally grateful. However when I came to pick up the car, Matt was already gone (which I don’t blame him because it was right at closing time that I arrived) and another representative processed my payment and gave me my keys instead. The problem here was that Matt had been planning to verbally inform me that there was still lingering damage to my transmission, but that wasn’t communicated to other representative, thus never got communicated to me. I left the shop completely unaware that my transmission was a ticking time bomb ready to go out. Later that same night I was driving down from park city when my transmission burnt out entirely by the time I made it to i15. My life was in danger and I waited for about 2 hours for a tow truck with rapid traffic to my side, praying I wasn’t going to get hit by a passing vehicle. I even called 911 just for some level of awareness to my situation and had a police officer help me thankfully. I finally get the car towed to the dealership and later am told that the transmission was now fully burnt out and needing to be replaced. What started as less than a $500 expense, escalated to nearly $5000 instead, which my insurance almost didn’t help at all with. A large portion of my livelihood depended on driving since I’m an Uber driver and now I was out several weeks of any of that income, and still had to pay a $1,000 deductible. I truly wish that the dealership would’ve just covered the $1,000 due to their part in having liability on this issue. Now I’m convinced to never come back to this dealership ever again for any future repairs. I believe Matt is truly a great employee, but I’m far from satisfied from the way the dealership handled my issue. I will say though, that they did a very good job on the final repairs despite having limited employees from Covid19.
