I scheduled a service for my 2018 Silverado. Nate met me when I arrived , gathered the electronic information from my truck and told me about how long it would take. The truck was done on time and was also washed. Excellent service.

I have alway been satisfied with the service I receive. My only concern was I had an oil leak that they told me about on the last oil change I had and was told to let the service team know about it and they would fix it for me. I told them today about the leak and they said they couldn’t fix it today. I completely understand it takes time to fix something like that but they wouldn’t give me a loaner truck while they fixed it.
