I Will Never Bring My Vehicle Back To Larry H. Nor Will I Ever Purchase A Vehicle From You Guys Again. My Last Two Visits Were An Absolute Joke!!! And You Guys Did nothing To Help Or Notify Me With Updates On My Vehicle. Thanks To Your Jeep Location And Darin Actually Having Some Customer Service, Or My Problem Wouldn’t Have Been Fixed. Hopefully Some Form Of Management Can Read This. But I’m Sure This Is Not The First Bad Experience.

I was on time for my appointment. I was asked if I wanted to wait, I said I could wait, they said they would let me know. About the part needed. 2 hours later I approach the service person and asked if he had forgotten me. He said something about finding out about the part. 2 hours to do that without any updates? I am not happy with this visit at all. Should have updated me shortly after me arriving.
