They did their best but mine was a hard problem. Barking up the wrong tree trying to blame my side steps. I think they did solve it by tightening suspension parts because it actually felt tighter and it wasn’t making the popping or clunking noise that sounded like bad ball joints or tie rods during body flex.just didn’t feel like they felt like they found anything. The noise was coming during flex Body flex and not a loose rattling that would come from my sidesteps being loose.
